The Busy Bees Pre-School Team
Busy Bees Pre-School staff have all achieved NVQ Level 2 or above. As a Pre-School we put a lot of emphasis on the development and training of Staff.
All members of Staff have a current First Aid for children certificate and have attended a Child Protection course.
We maintain the legal staff to children ratios but boost the ratios by inviting Mums to help in the Pre-School Sessions through a parent helper rota.
We actively seek courses for the Staff and each year at appraisal time future training is discussed and possible courses highlighted. We cascade training through the group where it is not possible to send more than one member of Staff.
Each term there is a Staff meeting to discuss Staff development and children's progress and all Staff attend and contribute.
